Group Management

The Group Management Team consists of the President and CEO of Oriola-KD as Chairman and persons appointed by the Board. Currently, the Group Management team consists of eight members, including the President and CEO, to whom the team members report. The Group Management team meets at least once a month to address matters concerning the entire Group. The Group Management team is not a decision-making body. Its purpose is to assist the President and CEO in the implementation of Group strategy and in operational management, and to facilitate the Group-wide distribution of information concerning the entire Group.
