Notice is hereby given to the shareholders of Oriola-KD Corporation of the Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 7 April 2010 from 5 p.m. at Helsinki Fair Centre (address: Helsinki Fair Centre, Congress Wing Entrance, Rautatieläisenkatu 3, 00520 Helsinki). Registration The reception of persons who have registered for the meeting will commence at 3.30 p.m. Coffee is served after the meeting.

Oriola-KD Corporation has issued a Corporate Governance Statement prepared in accordance with Recommendation 51 of the Finnish Corporate Governance Code. It is not part of the part of report of Board of Directors.
