Logistics Company of the year reward was given to Oriola-KD this year. Oriola-KD’s comprehensive adaptation of supply chain solutions and use of available technology were the arguments for the nomination. The nomination was published today on 4th February in Logistics seminar in Finland.

Kronans Droghandel Retail AB, a company jointly owned by Oriola-KD Corporation and Kooperativa Förbundet (KF), has signed a share purchase agreement with Apoteket AB (publ) on the acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares of Pharmacy Company Sweden 2 AB, a national pharmacy cluster with 171 pharmacies.
