Corporate Governance
Oriola-KD's operations are based on compliance with current laws, the
norms based on these laws and ethically acceptable practices. The tasks
and duties of the different governing bodies are determined in
accordance with legislation and the corporate governance principles of
the Group.
Oriola-KD observes the corporate governance
recommendation for companies listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange with
the exception that the Nomination Committee established by the Board of
Directors may also be composed of persons other than members of the
Board.
