Oriola-KD Corporation was entered in the Trade Register on 1 July 2006 as a result of the demerger of Orion Corporation. Trading in Class A and Class B shares in Oriola-KD Corporation commented on the main list of the OMX Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. on 3 July 2006.
