Oriola-KD Corporation is a leading pharmaceutical retail and wholesale company in Finland, Sweden and Russia. Oriola-KD’s net sales for 2012 were some EUR 2.5 billion and the number of personnel was 4,856 employees.

Oriola-KD Corporation was entered in the Trade Register on 1 July 2006 as a result of the demerger of Orion Corporation. Trading in Class A and Class B shares in Oriola-KD Corporation commenced on the main list of the OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki on 3 July 2006, which today is NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.
